About Me
Brownie is a local DFW resident, born and raised in Denton County. He has worked with clients from business owners all the way to first-time home buyers. If you are looking to buy, sell, or lease residential or commercial property in Denton County, Brownie can help point you in the right direction.
Brownie has spent his entire life, other than his 4 years at Texas A&M University, in Denton County. Upon graduation from Texas A&M University, Brownie immediately pursued his real estate license. In his first year, Brownie helped community members secure over 25 separate residential leases. Since gaining experience in leasing, Brownie has closed several commercial leases, commercial sales, and even more residential sales and leases. Brownie has real estate experience ranging from luxury home sales to helping residents avoid losing their home to the Denton County Courts and maximizing their proceeds from their hard-earned equity.
